23" from the top of the walnut deck to the bottom of the shelf. The walnut deck is 1", so 24" from jeep floor to the bottom fo the shelf. The shelf itself has 3 adjustment points; I use the middle one. I bought it from Vector Offroad and was a very easy install. Train Recon has a really good install video on YouTube.
