I've always leaned towards pickups something about keeping my gear separate from where I sit appeals to me.

Plus it makes it easier to haul rocks from home Depot to the house to handle the honey do's......

Glad to see you are alright. I absolutely loved the ARB bumper that was on @JusCampin's gen1 tacoma not gonna lie watching him put it on (through pictures) though I didn't envy him at all

Glad your okay. Good luck with your search for a new rig. Similar thing happened to me years ago. They couldn't believe I walked away without a scratch.

Picked up this bad boy this week. 2004 4runner sr5 4wd. Just used as a grocery getter only 70k on it. Lift ordered and tires on there way in! Looking at a pelfreybilt bumper. Steel even though it is way heavier and a 4runner is already heavy. Steel I know isn't gonna be weak.

Plate steel bumpers/Armor if made well do their job. Glad you're ok but I have a feeling the truck could be totalled (depends on the cost of the repair). I know I plan on investing in some for my 3rd Gen T4R (Front & Rear) I was looking at Addicted Off-road's armor selection and their sliders.
