Been taking steps to remove the propane. swapped out the propane oven to an induction range. This coming week I am goijg to be installung a 12v dc fridge (maine propane consumer) not worried about power as spring/summer is on the way and Ill have plenty of sunbattery coming in. I am planning one changing to a 24v system. The efficiency is a little better, and can use smaller wire gauge for the inverter, and future 24v air conditioner plans. Will have about double the battery bank in the same space.

Lota of good views out and about, been through AZ, NM, TX, LA, AR and MO since my last post here. A couple of pictures of my stops. I am terrible at taking pictures of places I go so there are not many.
Awesome setup - thanks for sharing your progress. We went all electric last year and it has generally been good - summertime is fine with 2Kw solar and we rarely run the AC. With a bit of heat pump from the Houghton in the morning we typically use 300-400Ah of electrons overnight from 1060Ah available. Wintertime means less sun-watts, so thinking about putting a small 2Kw Diesel heater where the black tank used to be (will repurpose the black tank wash opening for Diesel fill of a suitable tank. That should take the edge off of the cold when needed. In addition to the solar we have 1500w of onboard generator power from the F250 Tremor (sold as 2Kw, but really only delivers 1500w) and 90A of DCDC charge - horribly inefficient when parked, but inconsequential when underway (3Kw of engine output is like 4hp, resulting in no discernible change to the 13mpg we get while towing at 65mph).

Really like the look of the induction stove you installed. Our RecPro is OK, but the coils are a bit small, so using anything beyond a 6" pan means either hot spots or going slower at lower power. I can't seem to find the coil size for the Equator - are you able to provide?
there is an 8" and 10" burner on the equator. 1800w max draw.

I currently have a diesel heater and its amazing. In my quest to remove propane I'm hoping to be able to get an Aquahot gen 1 diesel for water heat and air heat. My current power useage is pretty low, the fridge will about double my overnight useage (thats with starlink always on).

Im sitting at 1.4kwh of solar and 600ah of battery, when i go to the 24 system im replacing the batteries with 2x 24v 280ah batteries so effectively double my current swtup. Im nit worried about swaping those out immediately due to summer coming up and having plenty of solar generation. I do have a 3000w generator that works well and i have had to use in winter. 10 hours of work 4 days a week need the laptop plugged in and uses a lot of battery.

In my mind I am always at a remote high-elevation lake surrounded by snowcapped peaks.

Thanks - yes, the "outlines" on the top of the stove are 8" and 10", but the coils underneath are what I'm after - I've asked the vendor - will share here if they reply. Best of luck with the rest of your conversion :-)

Left Burner (Power/Diameter):1400W Booster 1800W / 7.3”
Right Burner (Power/Diameter):1100W Booster 1300W / 6.5”

It does still have very even cooking, i have a 10 wok (6" base) base that i use and a 10" cast iron skillet. Both heat very evenly. I use the 10" Skillet on the larger burner and give it a min or two to get to temp, after that its no issues

Got a few things done this weekend. Straghtened up some of the wiring, made it into a 24v system. Got the inverter swapped to a 24v|3000kva to support the induction range fully. Also got the new fridge in today. Went with an Isotherm Cruise 195. Could have fit a bigger one in, they where all left swing so it would not have worked unfortunately. A lot less propane use and its so much better at keeping a stable temp. Monitoring to see what power use will be on average.

Few more things to hopefully get done over the next couple of weeks. Hoping the weather cooperates.

Got some more work done through the last couple of weeks. Havent been able to upload photos on the phone so having to post from the PC. Got the drawers done up under the induction top. I want to add a piece in front of them so they can match the other drawers/cabinets. Top drawer is for silverware and cutlery. other two drawers are cast iron and all the other cooking supplies. I also took the slide out between the fridge that had a bunch of wasted space and replaced it with a slide out rack. Using it for fermenting the peppers for hot sauce.

Been a while again since my last update. I feel like I have gotten quite a bit done. The water is finally fixed, and run as much as I can through the inside to help with freezing next winter. Got a bit more of the drawers done today, then ran out of wood so am not able to finish them up quite yet. They are a slightly darker shade of grey than what is already done, it looks good though and not super noticeable. Had some issues with the prior solar panel on the truck, was getting only about 40% of the rated capacity at max so decided to replace it with CIGS panel. So far they are working very well hopefully they stick to the truck and do better than my prior flex panels.

Also upgraded the battery bank, went with two 24v 280ah LiFePO4 LiTime batteries. So fare they are working fantastic, they barely did not fit, so I had to extend the seat by about 1/2 an inch. Was easy to do that and ill make it look pretty again using the same cover I did with the drawers for it to match-ish. Last thing I've been able to get done is more of the bug netting for the awning room. Did snaps along the side of the caravan, and used some reinforcement fabric tape. So far its holding well and wont snag like it did using Velcro to secure it. Also got a mosquito door in at the front which makes it easier to let dog in and out.

Hot sauces have been great, and having them no matter where I am at in the country is awesome. Did a Carolina Reaper, it was not as hot as I thought it was going to be and it was delicious.
