Hey all. My Stanley thermos I've had for roughly 16 years got nabbed by some loser. When looking to get another one I found they are no longer made in the usa. From what I've read, the overseas made ones do not hold up well and seem to fall apart in a few years.

So I've done a little searching and there doesn't seem to be an option for an American made thermos. Beside buying one off ebay which I'm not sure about.

So what are my options? Beside starting Stoner thermos? Stoner is my last name btw

I bought a Thermos brand travel coffee cup and it is amazing. I once left my coffee in my car for 6 hours in freezing temperatures and it was still warm when I got back.

Zojirushi is also highly regarded as a "buy it for life" product, but I don't personally own one.

It's not mad in the USA, but my German made Esbit has been through a lot and still keeps everything hot... or cold. You my try looking at Deluth Trading Co. website. They are one of those, "Quality US mad goods" catalogs. My brother in law gets his fire hose material pants there. He is a welder and hates when sparks find a way into his jeans/pockets.

My father in law happened to have one he never used so I'll be picking that up.

Wish I was more of an entrepreneur. Id like to offer and American made option. Have a feeling it cost a 100 bucks a thermos to make a profit

Hipsters, man. If they will pay $60 for a flannel shirt and several hundred for denim. They would love it.
Hahahaha, man oh man that is funny.
They 32 oz one is the one I use. The Chinese is like 32 bucks. For a American made I'd pay 50 bucks

I've heard good things about the Yeti Rambler, but can't seem to find if it's made in the USA or not.
