Not sure how you’re managing QA and bug tracking on the app, but i’m confident that posting bugs into the forum isn’t the most way to capture information.

a simple form that links to your bug tracking or QA software might streamline things a little. If the goal is to provide transparency I would consider publishing a road map that lets members know when things are going to be addressed.

a form will ensure you have the necessary information to address a bug, and would also make it much faster to provide feedback imho

we’ve used Airtable linked to Jira with great results.

Those issues go to Dave on our support team. If they are valid, they get assigned to me in Jira, and I prioritize them for the engineering team.
