Looking to add a more versatile roof rack to my fj . I am between the arb steel flat rack with mesh or the prinsu rack any one have pros and cons to both ?

Have you considered the Aluminum racks by ARB or Front Runner? I’d not use any steel racks, nor would I use any rack that requires drilling holes. PrinSu looks like a nice rack, it is aluminum & my BIL has one atop his Colorado cab. I’m a little to old school though to be attracted by its modern looks.

Yeah I’m with you on the old school look, as far as aluminum I am definitely considering it the weight saving is impressive
