Tent itself is in great condition. It’s a spacious rooftop tent that's a great size for two people with lots of gear, or two people with a child or big dog. We’re selling because we’ve swapped to a hard shell that will support a solar panel.

This tent has a lot of features and comforts — the windows make you feel like you're in a treehouse, and the skylights are really fun for stargazing from bed. Inside it is ~50" tall — more than enough room to sit up. The 3" thick mattress is comfy and easy to clean, and the rubber anti condensation mat adds more padding and protects the mattress from moisture.
The two base panels that constitute the floor of the tent are aluminum diamond plate, not wood like some manufacturers. The annex is huge and comes with a removable floor. The provided poles turn the annex room into an awning. This tent is practically identical to the Thule Tepui Ruggedized Autana — but the Autana doesn't have the skylight windows in the rainfly.
Price reflects that the cover has been patched a few times (tent fabric is perfect, though, and the cover can easily be replaced through Guana), and that the ladder is functional but had some hard knocks and doesn’t hang as straight as it used to. These are both easy fixes — the tent is very modular and repairable in this way.
