Is that the Smittybilt rooftop tent (sorry, distracted from the kitchen build). Thinking of getting one and would like your opinion on the product.
Yes sir. It’s been terrific and I highly recommend it. A friend I travel and camp with has the XL version and loves it.

Here is my current setup: Yeti cooler for cold storage, a pelican case for dry storage, water jug, Coleman stove and a set of GSI pots/pans....on a tailgate. Works for us, however Im looking forward to getting an awning to throw over the tailgate. That would be my next add on to the kitchen.

My camp kitchen/dining setup.

I don't usually have all these lights going, though was doing a demonstration of how effective good lighting can be in illuminating task areas and creating overall mood.
All very simply done with low power LED and candles, I thought it made it look rather elegant, really.

I love my outdoor kitchen.
