Plates and bowls, let's overthink this together

been seeing a lot of articles about microplastics and how doctors are seeing a lot of microplastics in people's tissue and organs and a lot of that due to using plastics for food prep and storage, etc.
figured i'd get rid of plastics and go with glass and stainless steel...even in our camp kitchen

don't feel bad, i'm making some changes as well. i got rid of most the plastic cutting boards that i had and use wood. i've been using my wood spoons a lot more than the plastic ladles/stir spoons that i previously used a lot. i've been the type that cycles out my old home kitchen stuff to the camper, but i'm getting rid of the plastic stuff all together.

funny how all the old stuff pre plastics seem to be coming back. glass and wood seem to be good options. i'm also looking at stainless pans (already have stainless pots) and getting rid of the teflon pans that i have.

i guess do what you can, but to be honest we already have been exposed to most of that stuff already. not a bad idea to make some changes where you can, but i'm not going to do everything all at once.
