Are you planning a trip this summer that includes Colorado mountain passes? If you you might want to push it out a bit. June is often too early for most of the passes that top 12,000 ft, and it might be late July before some of those are passable this year.
Check out the snowpack summary- Winter 16/17 is the line climbing way over on the left.

Ok, good to know! So...a Black Bear & Imogene Pass run would be best after July 1. It looks like September is still pretty safe too...
