I thought I already RSVP to this perhaps there is two Rally Points for this event, but not this run? So I hope to be able to do this but co$t and logistics are going to be Key factors as we get close to the event. I still need to find a tiny trailer that the BabyBronco can tow but also suitable for the Miata and Fiesta when I start working in them.
I think you posted to my thread a few months ago. I finally got around to drafting the rally point for the Northern California area. There is a SoCal / San Diego rally point up as well. So two for California.

I am starting out in Yuba City. What's your possible plan?
I am going to try and be in Barstow by Noon-ish then head out to camp in Mojave that night.

Just got my tickets. I'm leaving Visalia CA on Wednesday morning camping along the way. Want to be at the expo Thursday.
If you got room in your group, I'm in.

@Inthewoods You are quite welcome! I should be leaving Yuba City around 0500. Comms details are on the Rally point. I can private message you my number as well.

Cool. Pm your number just in case.
I usually wait at the Tulare Love's truck stop when heading south. Give me an ETA to Tulare and I'll be there waiting. Thanks

@OverlandRS There will be less than a mile of off pavement travel on a sandy road to get to our campsite in Mojave. The rest will be highway and Interstate travel.

CTO1Mike, where is that Mojave campsite located? A mile off the 40 or the 95?

It is about 15 miles East South East of Baker, CA along Kelbaker Rd.
Indian Springs Trail is the name of the road that turns off Kelbaker Rd.
There is a pin placed for it under the Locations tab of the Rally Point listing.

Update: We're heading out Wed AM and probably head towards 580 - I5 with a trailer. Chances are you guys will pass our small caravan heading down at a snail's pace. haha
