Hey Adam, looks like you're not alone. I ordered some new badges and some other goods back in August 2024 and haven't gotten it, and they won't respond. Bummer, since I've been a member since 2017 with no problems until now. Hopefully someone here can help.

I do want to order some items from the OB store but I am hesitant because I see all these problems. Surely OB can take care of the part that makes them money.
Has anybody received their order recently without issue?
