Hello ALL!!

I am planning on a camping trip to Moab in a few weeks. I am thinking of running Onion Creek Road and camping along the road or continuing on to Hideout Campground. I hear that the Hideout C.G. is disrepair. Is anyone familiar with this campground or places to camp in the Onion Creek area?

There is a small camp ground at the entrance of Onion Creek. Not sure if it’s first come or via reservation. We wanted to run the trail first week of March, unfortunately the trail was closed at the time. Not sure why, maybe trail maintenance. Hopefully it’s open when you get there as it’s one of our favorites. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
