I'm about to lift my 2006 4 runner
I'm getting bilstein 5100 and OME coils
My question is What weight ratio coils should I get?
I'm planning on having a roof top tent and ABR front bullbar bumper on 33

On my JKUR I used the mediums then went to the heavy's with 5100's. Great springs for the JK and I have heard for the 4 runner.

Hey man. I have the same setup on my 07’ GX470. (Which uses the same chassis as your 4Runner) I got the medium duty springs up front, and heavy duty in the back. I do a good amount of towing and plan on having a lot of weight in the back of the truck, nothing but good things to say. It is definitely stiffer, as expected, but I like it.

We tow with our T4R with a heavy tongue weight. The heavy rated OME springs bring us dead level. Mind you, that's with an ARB bullbar and winch to counterweight a little. OME BP51's front and rear.
