At the moment we are aiming for Dorr Skeels campground near Bull Lake. Finding open roads that aren’t snowmobile routes is proving tough but hopefully we can camp there and people can wheel up towards Spar Lake. The rangers station is closed today but we will finalize our location soon.

As Dave said, I'll be calling the ranger station tomorrow. I think we'll be good, Dorr Skeels campground was plowed, and gates open. And web says it's open year round

Forcast looks favoriable for us (this far out likely to change quite a bit) temps are good, and might even mean a bit more success with the snow wheeling

Offically confirmed Dorr Skeels is open for us!
Bathrooms will be open
No Water, so bring it with you
there's a back loop that they will allow us to "block off" so we can camp near each other (if folks want to).
No fee, (normally $16 a night) since they're not maintaining it this time of year, however, for those interested I'm going to gather some donations and give it to the Three Rivers Ranger Station (the maintaining station) as a thank you. Whatever anyone feels is fair/can do.
I will be bringing some fire wood, but if everyone grabs a bundle/brings some from home it would be a good idea.
