That_Texicon,
We are new to the Overlanding ourselves also and just North of you up in the Magnolia area. Hoping to meet up with a few folks that are interested in taking some Overlanding trips. So far we have explored about half of the Texas Hill Country Overland Route and Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, Texas. We spent 2 days doing all this while the jeep was still stock. We used the AllTrails app. since you can download the maps before you get to areas with no signal. Planning to head out again in a couple weeks.
