Just wanted to introduce myself. New to overland. Have camped and backpacked the last couple of years but looking to make the move to a teardrop trailer. Have my eyes set on a Hiker Trailer. Still in the research part but want to pull the trigger soon since there is a 10 months wait for a build. Trying to educate myself on all the options and what I want and or need. So much to learn. Looking forward to benefiting from your knowledge and experience.

I'm from Colorado Springs as well. I'm also new to overlanding and this site and I'm researching trailers too. But I'm not looking at the teardrop style, more like the Turtleback and Borderland styles.

Welcome from SoCal, I'm on the fence between just adding an RTT, a Teardrop or just a trailer with a RTT.

Welcome! I'm new here too... we just picked up our teardrop in April and love it. Socal "Kascade" 4.5 x 9. We were extremely lucky in finding a new used one (built but never used). This was our first adventure to Big Sur:
