Hello OB Community
I will be receiving my 2018 Toyota Tacoma 4X4 Off Road sometime this week/weekend and very excited to not only be a new member of the OB Community, but also to have a new truck to outfit or all the adventures that I'll be taking.
I've had several trucks before, but not a true outfitted truck for exploring like you see here. I've been primarily a dry tent camper with gear in the back of my stock truck, so I'm looking for advise and suggestions from you OB Pros out there as to what you feel is the most effective and efficient setup for this type of truck.
I'm sure I will need to find a local off road outfit company to help with some modifications, but for now I'm looking for the basic starting points, which per my buddy who has a Tacoma Pro, it will be:
Off market front grill/bumper with winch
Off market rear bumper
LED lights (his are at the grill area)
Shell or open bed concept with off the ground tent set up
Air compressor in the engine compartment
Right now the truck is a Toyota stock build with about $4,000 in Toyota upgrades/accessories. See pics
