Nature Photos

These are from our big trip this summer (which we called The Cities of Gold Family Adventure). We went to Guadalupe Mountains National Park and backpacked/0vernighted on the mountain with the kids, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce. It was a lot of fun and the planning for next year's Colorado trip has already begun!

As it were, if you like these I'd like it if you checked out my Instagram feed, since that's where I post most of my photography work: http://www.instagram.com/f8industries

These were shot with a Nikon D800 and either a Sigma 24-70 or a Tokina 16-28.

Our family backpacking setup, since the kids are young (7&5) we have a comically large 4-person backpacking tent.

And finally (because it's a stone and technically nature, and I find it interesting :)… Jelling Stones in Jelling Denmark. The largest stone was raised by Harald Bluetooth (yes, that's where the name comes from) in honor of his father King Gorm.

Great shots there dude! I had some family out this last winter and took them snow machining out near West Yellowstone/Island Park. One of them immediately launched off the trail into chest deep snow and spent the next 30 minutes digging. Good times though!
