  • Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

MLK weekend is a free no permit required weekend. They ask for folks to pick up trash offering shirts and a lunch along with a big raffle. I've been kicking around the idea of leaving the toy hauler and bikes at home and just bringing the truck. Spend Friday night in wash 15 along the railroad tracks. Saturday Morning we check in to the clean up. Ride out to the big hills and fill as many bags as we can. About noon head back for the lunch and raffle. After all that I figure we can
head north east up 9 mile wash and find a camp site for some good camp fire stories on a ironwood fire. There's a ton of stuff to explore and look around for Sunday. Monday those needing to hit the i-10 can get there pretty quick. Those that have the day to play can hit the old mining trail from Pala verde to Yuma. The photos are from last years event that they hold along with photos from the trail Long the river

We don't always get the prime camp spot at Midway Wells but when we do the old foundation cooks potatoes perfect and the steak turns out great over ironwood fire. But like all good spots it's first come first serve.
