Raymond, this is Dave with Member Support. I am happy to help. Lets get you fixed up. Which order number--was it your most recent order? What email did you send from and to? I want to make sure you have the right contact info so you get the best service.

Apologies for the delayed response. I searched and it looks like we never got your email. I have contacted fulfillment directly and asked them to expedite a response.
