Hi I'm Chris and this is my 1998 LMTV military truck. The back is set up for overlanding and includes bunk cots, a sink, a shower, fridge and toilet. Under the bed of the truck I have installed a 45 gallon water tank, 20 gal gray water, a propane tank and water heater. Also 200ah battery bank and a diesel heater. I also built an 8' long tool drawer under there. Still a few things I want to do, but extremely capable as is. Looking forward to doing some more overlanding and meeting other overlanders for trips. We're located in the San Francisco Bay area city of Walnut Creek. I've been offroading since I was 15, although I never really did rock crawling. I'm also a dirtbiker and often camp for that.
Welcome to Overland Bound Chris

Hi, I'm Carlo "Loyman" Biana from Manila, Philippines.

I drive a 2017 Mitsubishi Pajero. I'm currently new to overlanding, transitioning from backpacking/camping.

Nice to meet you!

Hello Carlo! Welcome to Overland Bound!

I’m Shaun and I have a 2008 Toyota 4runner. I live in the East Bay in the San Francisco Bay Area and I’ve been overlanding for 4 years now, mostly in the national forests up and down the Sierra Nevada. It’s been fun and insightful to read all the tips and stories from everyone on these forums. Learned a ton already, so I appreciate this community!

Hello Shaun! Welcome to Overland Bound!

I'm Pete; just joined today. I am the owner of a 2021 Ram Rebel with EcoDiesel. I reside in the Inland Empire, Southern California. I have been on a few solo trail runs and two runs with groups. I am learning from experienced folks who have been doing this for a long time on how to make my trail runs faster. The Rebel is currently on stock 33" tires, and I am in the process of installing a dual-cylinder air compressor in the cabin.

Hello Pete! Welcome to Overland Bound!

Hello everyone. Newbie future here.
I'll be converting my regular 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 this spring.
I traveled the country with my travel trailer but was limited to visiting places to park. Like the food store parking lot in Moab. No room for a trailer to resupply. Had to park quite far and walk up for supplies. The best way to travel is by building your overlander. Hopefully, I can hook up with some other members to do a loop trip up on the upper peninsula in MI.
