I'm sure you will see a lot of posts from asking about all kinds of upgrades, tips and tricks, etc...

Awesome!!! Thanks for the info. I'll definitely try and go to both. Pleasanton is a little less than a half hour from where I'm at. I have a couple buddies that aren't on the forum but who I go out with regularly on my trips. Is it OK if they roll along with me?

No problem for the meet ups, we always have a big group of long time members and brand new. For trips we use the RSVP function to just try to keep an idea of head count if camp areas are limited.

I think we have a couple spots on our trip August 5th up to Leavitt Lake, that one can handle a large group

Nice... we went to Leavitt Lake around the middle to end of May because it said it was open online... when we got there, the road was closed so we ended up going on a Forestry road about a half mile west of the entrance and camped there... I'll see about this August... my buddies and I were planning a trip to Moab in September. How long are you guys going for?
