To help navigate through the forums, here are some links that can be filtered by “Region” prefix. We are in the Overland Bound North America US Northwest Region (US Northwest for short).
Overland Bound Meetups- is where all member generated rally points are posted in forum format for discussion of Rally Point and other types of Meetups. A meetup can be as simple as a group getting together for coffee, a trail ride, or a full in expedition with other Overland Bound Members.
Overland Bound Trip Planning- is a great place to talk about planning a trip wether by your self or as a group.
Overland Bound Routs: Downloadable- is exactly what it sounds like. Search, or share your GPX files here with a description of the route and POIs.
Share your Overland Routes- is similar time the downloadable posted above, but doesn’t require you to share the actual GPX file.
Overland Bound By Region < North America < US Northwest- is where you can find regional members discussing local events, Overland News, and general topics. It’s a great recourse to mete others in the regions.
Member Maps- a great trip planning tool. It can also be used to send out messages to members near your location, or a location you plan to visit.
Rally Point- a tool used to creat Meetups or send out an SOS.

We replaced it with a newer RAM 1500 and we just finished building our dedicated overland trailer. We will become supporters in the next month and we hope to see out in the trails. Cheers

Welcome to Overland Bound, Paulo. Did you build the custom trailer? If you did, would you consider doing a build thread? I would love to see the process. I am planning on building an overlanding trailer once I have my truck ready.

Kent already provided the usual links but if you are on Facebook feel free to join us there as well, Overland Bound – Southwest.
Unfortunately local meet ups have been few and far between, I do have plans for a 2 day back road event but some things have come up that have sidelined a lot of my plans so I have had to postpone the event. Hopefully later on this year though. I do have an event scheduled for the end of June but it's geared more toward ham radio if you are interested.

We are part time in and out of Piedmont OK with the inlaws. Yes, I am very interested in HAM operations. Looking to take the Tech test in February. I have RSVP your June event on RallyPoint. Looking forward to hanging out and learning more.

Hello, Joe and family. What are some of your favorite spots in the SW? I am hoping to take my family on a trip from central Kansas to El Paso, TX this year. Last trip we drove straight through. This time I want to enjoy to country side a little more.

Robert, wow that will be an awesome road trip. Do y’all plan to shoot straight south out of central Kansas through OK and TX or start west to CO and then meander south through NM? our last adventure through CO and NM we enjoyed the amazing views of the Rocky Mountains to the west as we traveled I25 south which allowed us to branch off at several points and see some amazing off the main road sights and camp. The entire path that direction of smaller and off road areas are plentiful and a blast to wander along through if time and travel permits at least in my opinion. beautiful family experiences are in store for y’all no matter which road or trail you travel there and back! Very excited for y’all. Explore, Adventure, Together!!
