My name is Jason and I live in SC (Greenwood). I currently drive a 2wd Tahoe and am looking forward to 4X4 ranks with a truck to build out in the not so distant future. I love exploring whether it be on foot (running/ hiking), mountain bike, or vehicle.

Edit: Got a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road today! Can’t wait to hit some dirt/gravel

I'm from the outskirts of Lafayette, Louisiana

I drive a 2016 Toyota 4Runner

My experience is mainly weekend outings whenever I can. But my big trip was back in 2016... I had a 2015 Ford F-150 which I drove up to the Pacific Northwest. I planned out a 2 week camping roadtrip and I had an absolute blast. I came home and I purchased a 4Runner to begin modding it the way I want it to. I CAN NOT wait to do that kind of trip again.

What region would Louisiana be considered as?

Not much around here, but I've been hitting Arkansas and North Georgia a lot and really enjoying it. Arkansas has great state parks that are $14 a night and have bathrooms with hot showers included. Might be a bit far for just a weekend, but if you can get a few days, it would be worth it.

I'm exploring/overland around Southern California area and will extend to near by beautiful National park. My goal of over-landing is to explore and get to photogenic location to capture the moments.
Currently, i have a Subaru FXT 18 with 2" lift, AT tires and TorqMaster locker. It has been one year since i started and still new to this.

Here is the photo of my accidental ascending Lippincott while trying to get to the Racetrack and trip to Mengel Pass in Death Valley.

New to Overlanding but not to off-roading and wilderness camping. Just starting the Overland build on my 2004 F-150 FX4 SuperCrew so I can get back to woods. Looking forward to seeing other members builds and getting some ideas. I look forward to meeting some of you out on the trails across our beautiful country.

Hi Overland Bound, nice to meet you. I'm Alex from Fremont, CA.
I like backpacking but have never let my truck come along before.
Experience: Novice
Rig: 2016 Ford F150 FX4
Just starting to mod it up a bit. Tomorrow I get some Raptor rubber and a little lift.
My first trip will be Prewitt Ridge later this month. Can't wait!
