My online profile has me listed as member #14980, but the member kit you sent me is marked #14985. How do we correct this?

Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Go to your preferences (hover over your name in the top right corner on the web version), and under "Personal Details", change your member number to the number on your badge.
