Trying to find out information, and getting lost on the FCC site.

If I take the time to get my technician license for the use of a Ham radio, and I still transmit on a VHF/UHF race radio, like what you can buy on Amazon, eBay or from Rugged Radios or PCI?

If you know where the answer is on the FCC site, please post a link for me for my reference.

Appreciate it.

Not clear on the question here.
The Technician license does not give you privileges on any other radio service such as the business band, where the "race radios" are programmed.
IF.....you were to get caught by the FCC the penalties could be higher due to you holding an amateur radio license because as a licensee you should know better.
There are 2 VHF/UHF license free radio services, MURS on VHF and FRS on UHF both limited to 2 watts.
