Recently installed a 3" lift and 32" tires on my 5th gen 4runner.

Trying to plan a weekend trip into the Blues to find a decent Christmas tree also.

And my long term winter project is an engine rebuild on my 97 Montero.

I'm typically working on that day unfortunately.

Currently starting to pull my engine out for a rebuild and an axle swap. Sorry I won’t be able to attend.

I am still stuck as only caregiver for parent in final days of ALZ but she is now on Hospice. So I am just doing allot of internet searches on vehicles, gear, and places.
Mother in law is in hospice with Alzheimer’s and has had it for 15 or so years. A truly terrible affliction. My heart goes out to you.

Just lost my grandmother to alzheimers a couple weeks ago. Such a difficult situation to be in for anyone that has loved ones that suffer from the disease. My heart goes out to you bud.

Cheers, yeah it's beyond stressful. She started showing symptoms in 2010 and it became apparent she couldn't shop, or handle her finances at that time. Diagnosed in Fall 2015 by the specialist, finally got on Hospice in November after an ambulance ride to emergency room. I was told this would not last more than 1 year in 2015; I don't think she can hang on much longer. She talks to walls, nothing she says makes sense, and her memory is about 5 seconds long, no longer remembers her childhood. Not something anyone should have to go through.

Its a tough tough one that is devastating to the family. My mother in law was diagnosed about 15 years ago and we watched her deteriorate. She has been in hospice for 3-4 years and now there is nothing left but a heartbeat. What breaks my heart is watching my father in law care for her and love her and remain true to her. If you need to chat drop me a private message. Sorry bud.

If there is anything you would like to share send me a message.
I can share my desktop during the call and can share any pictures if you send them ahead of time.

Next month the Mike’s will be discussing Recovery. Post up your questions so we can get an idea of what needs to be covered. Recovery is a broad category and lots of different ways to skin the cat.

Competed in our second winter endurance rally north of the Arctic Circle. This years route was 5120 miles one way. We shipped 'Otis' back to Seattle from Anchorage this past March. Those with Jeeps might know of some of the competitors - Mel Wade of EVO, Ray Currie of Currie Enterprises, Dave Cole from KOH & Ultra 4. There were many others from the rally community. Then COVID hit and we have been planning adventures in the Pacific Northwest. We have done the WABDR, parts of the ORBDR, and many other trails between Vancouver Island and Big Bend Texas. Hoping to explore SE Oregon as we enjoy Fields.
PS - the next day leaving Tuktoyaktuk we got to enjoy -40F, 60mph winds, blizzard, and a windchill of -90F. The rally headed to Fairbanks, Coldfoot, ending in Anchorage.

Thanks for the invite! What are the call-in details?
Same as what is on top of this string?
Yes the call in details are the same each month, topics change from month to month. @Sandpoint Steve will be posting another Rally point within a week or two.
