These desert shots are fantastic, especially the light in the Mojave and Namib photos. The colours change so much at that golden hour that it is worth timing a stop just for it. Thanks for sharing, this thread is great inspiration for a future trip.

North Rim of Grand Canyon, about 20 miles off-road from 89A to get here. A couple dispersed camping sites with a fantastic view, no services of course but no one around. This was 2 weeks ago.

Alstrom Point, a few miles (20 or so) from Big Water, water levels really low, but with all the rain lately it’s slowly coming back.

Big Horn Overlook, Dead Horse State Park. About a 3.5 miles hike from the campsite.
