Laser cut and welded up today. Need to grab hardware tomorrow to see how it mounts up. The carrier is made from 5052 H32 aluminum, so its super light. The sandwich plate is just 3/16" steel.

And with the hardware sorted, it mounts up snug as a bug to the tire. Now to find some damn water rotopaxs, because they are sold out everywhere in Canada.

On another forum there has been some demand for license plate options and 3rd brake light, so that has now been changed for the updated model. So some more changes have been made.

Working on one last thing to relocate the backup camera and have a modular system with the license plate and third brakelight.
