Idaho BDR

Hey! Where's our Idaho folks?

We are calling an audible and shifting from the WABDR (too many closures) to the IDBDR next week (Aug 3-10) thinking about running from Glenn's Ferry to Wallace.

Anyone have any helpful advice or tips? Known closures? Must sees? Must avoids? Any info you can offer will help!
If you happen to see us out on the trail give us a shout... we will be on GMRS odd channels 15-21.

Lots on Fire over here atm. Your best bet is call some of the Ranger stations, let them know what you're doing, and see what they say. We had to re-route around part of the LoLo last year due to an active fire in the area.

So far, none of the Idaho BDR is closed. (Sorry for the typo) Be very aware of the pending 100+ degree days, plan for extra water. Stay in touch to changing conditions. Lolo is open and pass able. ENJOY IDAHO!
