I hit Colorado every summer Nevada is a no go temperature wise. Cottonwood lake, near Buena Vista is getting worse every year. Signs all-over stating toilet required, never enforced.

One thing I will say, this thread is a perfect example of why organizations like Overland Bound are important. I'm quite confident no member of OB would ever conduct themselves in the disgusting manner described in this thread, so we can be a positive influence by educating those new to the hobby, those we encounter in the wilds etc.
