Had a great trip out in sedona flagstaff area, ran broken arrow trail, shenelby hill swam in oak creek. Hit a brewery in flagstaff and camped east of morman lake.

Them we headed towards flagstaff to try and get out of the heat. Had a great trip definitely have to go back to explore the area a bit more.

Hope everyone is having a great 4th. We are currently on the road home from an amazing trip that started near Sacramento, headed towards tahoe, reno, virginia city, chemung mine, bodie, and coyote flats. Ill let the pictures do the talking.

Then we headed towards lake tahoe, just cruised through it was way too busy. Neither of us had seen reno so we headed that way and stoped off at great basin brewing.

Then on to Virginia city, if you haven't been make sure you find the time. Our next camp was on the carson river.

After our great camp at the carson river we headed down to chemung mine north of bodie. Obviously we had to stop at bodie.

After bodie we headed to dunderberg meadow and mill, also cavanah ridge, but it was blocked with snow.

This is where things got interesting, looking for a good camp we kept exploring. Went across multiple creek crossings and mud bogs. Eddie and myself both hate mud but going back wasnt a good option either. I went through this section first knowing that eddie had his winch behind me. I made it thru with my carli suspension and the skinny pedal. Eddie wasnt as lucky we think the major issue was clearance my truck sits about 2 inches taller.

After we got out of the mud bog we found a great camp with minimal mosquitoes. The next day we grabbed some ice in lee vining and headed for laural lakes south of mammoth. Unfortunately the trail was snowed in ay the second switchback and we couldnt make it to the lakes. So we headed south.

We decided to head up to funnel lake/coyote flats for our last night. The trail was pretty tore up from all the snow but we made it. Had a great trip with zero issues. Where should we go in the sierras next time?
