Once we land on a trip idea, that idea will be moved off to it's own thread or Rally Point for planning.

Here are the California Back Country Discovery Trails that I mentioned at the Aug 2019 meeting.

Plumas Backcountry Discovery Trail

Lassen Backcountry Discovery Trail

Modoc Backcountry Discovery Trail

This should give us a decent start to the list.

Thanks for posting these routes. We are familiar with the Plumas route but the Lassen and Modoc routes sound really cool. We have been to Lava Beds National Monument recently and it is well worth the visit.
We would be up for an adventure on any of these routes.

Lava Beds is on my bucket list as well.

But at this point I still have a substantial Bucket List! LOL
