Fridges in truck beds

Let’s talk fridges in the back of truck beds. Family takes up inside of cab so I cannot mount it inside to help with the desert heat and dust. I will be installing a 12” bed rack and roof top tent. What have you done to help with heat and dust with out frying the fridge.

For sure get an insulated cover for it, most manufacturers sell them.
Even inside I also use a cheapo window reflector over mine which reflects the sun, makes a difference.

My setup is enclosed, sort of… so I can only speak about moving heat away from the compressor.
My setup has the fridge in a slide out drawer. So the compressor is 15” down in a pocket. I used a brushless usb fan to draw the heat generated by the compressor fan up and out of the drawer. It is mounted on the separator wall and powered by the fridge usb connection. I don’t have an up close picture of it but will send one tomorrow.
