I'm new to this forum and ready to post my first trip.Where do I post a upcoming trip? Under trip planning or by region? I live in one region but the trip is in another region. I don't want to post things in the wrong place and cause any stress for the people that run this forum. The trip is to the Anza Borego Desert State Park. TY

That depends. Trip planning is a great way to let everyone know what your plans are and to solicit ideas of places to visit, camp, or explore. Your region, or the region you are traveling to, might be better to get answers to specific questions.

Or, you could put your trip in the Planning forum, and then a thread with a link to it in the region in question, and ask one of us to lock the pointer thread. ;)
