Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Thanks for posting those pictures. How was the island? It looks like you have an RTT mounted on your vehicle. Did you camp on the island? If so, was it at a campsite or did you find your own place along a trail to setup?
The Mrs. and I are going to head up there June 2-5. We plan to camp on the island with our vehicle and I was wondering about vehicle camping on the island NOT in a designated campground. The camping rules seem to not allow camping on/near trails in vehicles. I see that driving on beaches, through water, etc is prohibited, which I expected, but I can't find any details about where vehicle camping is allowed. Dispersed camping is limited to being at least 300' from water, 100' from trails/roads/etc, but vehicles are also not allowed off of marked trails.
Thanks for any info or input. Also, if anyone would like to join, feel free. We plan to do lots of exploring and hopefully beach front cooking/meals during the day
