Doodoob's 2016 Ram 2500

What no pics of the fuse panel...come on David...help a poor diesel boy out...

Thanks Mr B. I don't care what your wife says about you. You are a good man....lol

Here are a few pics of the fuse panel. I used some 1/2" delrin to make the shelf for it to mount to. I used some nut clips and bolts to hold the shelf in place to an aluminum L bracket I riveted to the firewall and two spots on the back of the plastic battery box.

Nice work! I am planning to run wires direct from the second Bat thru the inside of the fenders and come thru the A pillar, to under the dash behind the glove box. From there I can connect all my accessories in one central location with a fuse block panel a bit bigger than what you have...A Blue sea panel. BLUE SEA SYSTEMS ST Blade Fuse Block, 12 Circuits with Negative Bus and Cover | West Marine
I ran all my wiring through the dummy/block off panel on the firewall.

All my parts showed up for my next project. Now I am just waiting on the Nutsert tool to show up. Its due to be here Monday so it looks like I will do the install next weekend.

I love this build! I've been kicking around the idea of buying a Ram 2500 cummins for my next truck. It would be a relatively mild build. Maybe leveled on 35" tires, skid plates, sliders and maybe a winch and rear locker. Other trucks on my short-list are a tradesman power wagon, Ram Rebel ecodiesel or a Tundra. I am a little worried about the weight of a cummins Ram. Has the weight been an issue for you off road?

The weight of the truck hasn't caused me any issues. It had plenty of torque to get up in the mountains.

The projects for the weekend are done. I replaced the factory air hose that went from the air box to the AEV intake with a HPS 4 ply Hose last night. Today I installed the Revmax Transmission Cooler Thermostatic Bypass.

Not much new in the mods department as everything is still going strong. I finally got around to installing a new interconnect hose from the air box to the AEV intake. The old hose was too big.
