Diesel air heater, Jerry can quick Mount

Hey guys with it being winter and all decided to make a quick release mount to carry my diesel heater on the top of my Jerry can mount. Tuck pins in the front then it drops down in the back and utilizes one wing nut. Easy on/ off and keeps it out of the cab!

I totally get the 'keeps it out of the cab' part. I'm always policing the dimensional weight of gear in our truck. Great solution.

Smart solution to use the already available mount. How stable is it? I mean, there's quite a bit of weight hanging on the jerry can mount now.

It seems sturdy so far, regarding weight tho, comparing to a 33” mud tire/spare at 90-100 lb there’s still less weight on the Jerry can swing out than there is on the spare tire swing out. Plus’s all the weight is closer to the hinge putting less leverage on the Jerry can side than the spare tire side.
