Desert Trail Chase Light / Yay or Nah?

  • Guest, we will be conducting site maintenance August 4th and some downtime is expected. At this time Rally Point and the Member Map will also become an app-only feature for long-term security and stability. A few days after this maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Amber lights can be used on the rear of vehicles as turn signals legally. Some auto manufacturers use them. I have them on the rear of my trailer at work. And I get checked out by the D.O.T. everyday. So, an amber light on the rear of your vehicle isn’t going to cause any problems, especially if it is on a switch.

@Captain Chaos

Thanks for the input! Good to have some backup from someone with actual real world experience with the D.O.T. who pretty much are the standard for road safety and regulations when it comes to that sort of thing.
