I found out Delorme is having a map sale right now. 50% off. Coupon Code "10195". It sounds like Garmin is buying Delorme and they'll likely not make paper maps after they transition over.

Definitely a good deal. I picked up a few states with the discount. The map data is a good 10 years old though. For back roads, that's not generally a problem, but for developing areas, there are quite a few mapped roads which no longer exist.

When I placed my order I got Minnesota, South and North Dakota, Wisconsin, Montana Wyoming, Colorado and Alaska.
