Chuck Box foldable Alu Box

Hello I am planning my first chuck box and read a lot of threads and diy instructions. So far I found an ex army foldable aluminium box to be the best starting point. In Germany they are called “breadbox” and are made by Zarges. Did anybody use already something similar or has seen an Alu box with a front flap by another manufacturer? Giving the fact that the army uses them, there is a steady flow of used ones around 150 Euro. Which is still quite a lot for a few kg of aluminium.

Just found a nice foldable box on eBay, once I have cleaned it up, i am thinking of protecting it with some raptor paint and then work on the internal layout.
