I have done this trip. A two day trip. Easy when dry, interesting when wet.

We did it in two days, which is more comfortable. If it is wet, dont go alone.

One last question, I assume it's a legal to ride there?

It is legal, but be ware that if you go off route you can go on private land.
And things can be changed since we drove there.

We had planned to make a trip to Spain this year in september. But due costs of the moving house part, we probarly end up doing a easter/north France trip instead.
I start with the planning of that trip in a week or two. But I guess we will do a trip with a few lanes from Mulhouse back to Luxembourg.
Not sure, need to look what there is and if they are possible to drive with a trailer.
But I guess it will be fun.

So, think we could do a route together.
