Bed Rack with Tonneau Cover

I have a 2020 Ford Ranger that came with a Ford Trifold Low Profile Tonneau Cover.

I want to put a bed rack that I can still fully open the Tonneau cover but am unsure as the best way to mount it. I could drill through the rails and bolt it on that way but would need to make sure that I have enough height to still open the cover. Anyone have any suggestions?
