I have stock 2014 Lexus LX 570. I like to do some light easy overland travel sometime this spring in Wisconsin/Minnesota. Lookin for a good scenery trail if possible. I'm total newbie and I like to try this off-road/overland stuff. I will have to upgrade my gear if I do like to do it more. Any suggestion/recommendation is much appreciated.

Read up on the "Trans-Wisconsin Adventure Trail", most of the sites will be referring to it as being for adventure/dual-sport bikes but the bulk of the route is more than suitable for other vehicles and it's a common overland route that isn't particularly difficult and has some great scenery. You don't have to do it all at once, of course. That's probably the most popular route to explore in WI.
