I am from Calgary, I tend to wheel/overland with my family, we are not real hardcore offroaders but love back roads, off-road and camping. mos of our days out involve a hot dog roast. we have a 4-year-old boy so we spend a lot of time out of the car exploring.

Same here. Not hardcore, just love dirt roads, camping, road trips, etc. Heading up north next year (from Calgary to Tuk). If it interests you, I created a Rally. Had organized it for 2020, but then Covid happened. Postponed for this year, but restrictions were still up. Now, hoping for 2022.

I'm moving to Alberta on June 1st, near Edmonton. Hoping to get some insights from locals about where to go, as I gather it's a bit of a difference scenario than BC where 95% of the province is rugged mountain wilderness. Cheers!
