4Runner 5th Gen Rearview Mirror Power?

I recently saw a power adapter that plugs into the Tacoma rearview mirror and provides USB power to a dashcam. I was checking if the 4Runner had the same plug (it doesn't), but I noticed it does have some kind of plug (see attached pic).

Does anyone know if it's possible to draw power from this? Does an adapter exist? Trying to avoid the extra cabling around my windshield for the dashcam.
