Really nicely built - few tweaks ahead - maybe 1” spacer to help slide on the annex. Quest for those who are familiar - can I keep the rain fly on when I shut it down?

You sure can. You can tuck it into the folds after closing it (but not sinching it) or if it's wet you can let it hang out and roll it up so it doesn't get the rest of the test wet.
