Looking great! Love the kitchen setup.
Yeah, the setup works out well. I've got some plans on the drawing board that will move it to the other side but also allow for a drawer system and sleeping platform. Hopefully, I'll get that done by the end to the year.

I have just recently purchased an 1990 FJ62 identical to yours and I am currently researching the processes needed to outfit it. I have a few repairs to get done, such as fixing a front axel leak, which I am having trouble sourcing anyone that knows how to do it.

Hi Ian, welcome to the cult. LOL. First off, if you have not already head to the IH8MUD forum and create an account for all things Land Cruiser, especially the 60 Series Wagons page. This is where I started my research and the folks there are open and willing to help. The 60 Series FAQ on the page above is a great place to start just to get a good understanding about what to expect and what to mod on a 62. Mud also provides some resources to local Land Cruiser specialists that love working on Land Cruisers, I'm sure that there out to be a mechanic/specialist out your way that would be happy to discuss what you may need to do to your.

Best of luck and happy Land Cruising!

@hookjaw have you done the rear bumper from 4x4labs? I am having a rear and front bumper built by them. Just checking if you liked it?

Hi Dana,

No, actually I have yet to get a rear bumper. It's on the list but that all depends on cash flow so this won't be happening until later in the year. At the moment I am torn between the 4x4 labs bumper and the 4Plus rear bumper but leaning toward the 4x4 labs number. What made you go with the 4x4 labs one?

The first time I saw them I just loved them. Plus Luke is a Land Cruiser guy. Oh and they are in close proximity to me, so I was able to drop off the abnormal winch I inherited with my vehicle so he could make the front bumper work with it.
