I have a 1979 Toyota Troopy HJ45 Diesel
4spd RHD
Good for restore needs some rust repair and electrical work.
Runs good, drives, stops, is registered , I have CLEAN CA TITLE, This truck went through DMV technical compliance and is 100% legal!!!

Troopy is now CA legal with Clean CA. Completed DMV technical compliance department and has been issued title, no games, no BS!

22k right now is a bit much for me..not saying it isn't worth it I just cant do it right now. yeah my friend has one in WA its newer than yours. He used to live in CA and they wouldnt allow it even though they should have, he ended up moving to WA for a job and got it all squared away there.

Currently 1979 is the Newest that will get through anything newer will require lab testing on top of everything I went through. Yeah I'd love to live in PNW!
